Hat jemand einen Tip für eine schöne, kleine, kuschelige #pixelfed-Instanz, die aber auch funktioniert und die Bilder lädt und nicht gefühlte 90% der Zeit hängt? Würde auch was spenden für eine solche.

Und, weiss jemand, ob man von einer bestehenden pixelfed-Instanz umziehen und seine Followys mitnehmen kann (also so wie bei Mastodon auch)?

Ich dachte, ich schreibe vielleicht irgendwas zu diesem Wahlergebnis…

Schweren Herzens trenne ich mich von meiner PEN-F, weil ich ehrlich gesagt nichts mehr damit mache.

Die PEN-F ist die schönste Digitalkamera, die #Olympus gebaut hat; danach ging's nur noch bergab und auch die OM3 kann der PEN-F von der Bedienung nicht das Wasser reichen.

2 Mängel, welche die Funktion nicht beeinträchtigen: Das Scharnier des Displays hat einen kleinen, kaum sichtbaren Riss, und das Daumengummi ist nicht mehr Original.

If it's any consolation, I can relate to that feeling very well. When creating something I try to meet the highest standards, agonize over every little detail, but there's always that nagging feeling that in the end it doesn't matter.

People are satisfied with so little nowadays, they let themselves be appeased with slop and half-hearted rubbish, sometimes one can't help but wonder why go the extra mile at all.

But deep in my heart I know it actually does matter. To me and to others.

"The Drunken Fisherman (and other stories)" is permeated by Putin's cruel and cowardly act of aggression.

I am probably most explicit about it on ‘So Wrong’. I wish so very badly that this song had lost its relevance, but it is still just as true as it was four years ago.
